  No one ever answers the phone. Ever. Update: 2 years after my initial review, they still do not answer the phone. So, I decided to go in. The wait here is mind-numbingly long. Think DMV, but worse. Seriously. I put my name on the list (#6), was told 45 minutes of wait, went and ran an errand (across town - Home Depot, folks) and came back only to see that I had moved up one space. Four associates, including one gentelman who's only job is to greet new customers. That's it, because I watched him float around the floor doing nothing else. He eventually retreated to the back of the store, and had to be fetched by a fellow associate to come and do his simple job. I'm still waiting as of this review to activate a smart device. Wish me luck... Update 2: I waited over an hour. Maybe an hour and a half? Your mind plays tricks on you when your senses go numb. So, they couldn't Numbersync my device because I'm a smart consumer and brought my used, non-branded AT&T phone to their network. I verified it being capable of such an ability (VoLTE), but AT&T purposely blocks non AT&T devices because, hey, there's no money in that. They charge a $25 activation fee for a device. $25 for a few keystrokes on their end. Does the FCC get a cut of this? The Devil? Awesome. Thanks, AT&T. Does the last 'T' still stand for Telegraph? Do they still send telegraphs? How much is that service a month? If not, maybe change your name to AT, so that way I don't have to search for the darn ampersand every time I have to write a scathing review. That would be great customer service. Did I mention I'm a 20 year customer? I know, who's the idiot now?
