  I initially went to this establishment because someone told me "they were great" so, I had Great expectations, all I needed was to get an engagement soldered, the band had a crack in it. I had a double ruby that was missing a stone and I had another stone off of an older antique ring that I wanted them to replace so I could give it to my 21-year-old daughter for a Keepsake. Simple fix, right? I went to pick up the diamond that was ready and they said the head was old and needed a new one, so I gave it to my daughter for her 21st birthday and took it back shortly after that. I wanted it to be in Great shape for her, it was 26 years old. Meanwhile that double ruby was fixed eventually, I went to pick that up, I gave it to my daughter and she noticed, one of the prongs on it was never built up to attach over the ruby, I had to take another trip to Newnan to have it fixed again. I got a call the Diamond was ready to be picked up and went down there again to retrieve it, my little girl was so happy to put in on her finger. A few days later. she told me the ring was still split in the middle of the band that I went down there for in the first place. I was beyond furious. I had driven up and down 34 over 4 times by now, and had not gotten the ring fixed properly since my initially visit in July. The last trip I made was on November 8th, they actually thought I was going to leave it with the owner since he "overlooked it" like I was really going to drive to downtown Newnan again after they had not gotten it right the first 5 or 6 times. The jeweler was not there, and I LOST it with those poor little ladies at the counter. I apologize about that, I had saved it all for him. I called another reputable company and took my ring there, told them of my disgust and they assured me they would have me done right in a matter of a few days.
