  Customer service at this place is terrible. I called them to ask if someone could come to my home and give me an estimate on how much it would cost to install a gas fire logs for my fireplace They told me that they don't come out and measure my fireplace and I had to come in with the measurements. So I went in with the measurements and talked to Trena and she told me that they would charge me $175.00 to come and install my fire logs, then 10 minutes later it changed to $200.00. I then asked her to price a door for my fireplace and she looked in her book and it was $429.00. Then she called her distributor and it changed to $459.00. The next day, I called to tell them I don't want the door and asked for what the new total would be, and she said to come to my house the new charge would be $225.00. and I had to pay $750.00 down. On the day before she told me I just needed to put half down. They were not friendly people and they wasn't very helpful at all. I will never come back to this place again.

  Had new liner, Polaris, and salt system installed. Excellent service. Superior quality work. Very informative and friendly. Very clean job from start to finish!
